Singer-songwriter H.E.R. is suing her document label for launch citing a California statute that limits contracts to 7 decades.
H.E.R. née Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson submitted for declaratory reduction and violation of the small business and professions code and is seeking to be released from MBK Leisure. The company is owned by her manager Jeff Robinson who signed her in 2011 at the age of 14.
