Outdated Hilliardfest Art & Street Reasonable would make comeback Sept. 4

Like most other fairs and festivals in 2020, the Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Good was canceled mainly because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Introduced in 1985 as Previous Hilliard Day by a handful of enterprise proprietors, which include Otie Blankenship, founder of Otie’s Tavern & Grill, the yearly pageant has transformed formal names, organizers and place, but it ordinarily has been on the second weekend in September, which also is altering this calendar year.
