About Andreas Rutkauskas

An award-successful photographic artist, Andreas Rutkauskas holds a BFA from the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg) and an MFA in Photography from Concordia College (Montréal). He is the recipient of quite a few residencies, such as the Canadian Forces Artists Application, the Chilkoot Path Artist Residency, and the Banff Centre. His most current residency was at the Fondation Grantham pour l’art et l’environment (Saint-Edmond-de-Grantham, QC). He was the to start with artist to go to the inaugural residency.  Rutkauskas was a study fellow with the Canadian Pictures Institute, Nationwide Gallery of Canada (Ottawa) in 2018.
